What makes us
different
We are a boutique Design / Build company specializing in old world design with a modern flair. Our homes incorporate a lot of stone, stucco, cedar and other earthy materials both inside and out. People tend to recognize our homes without having to read the sign out front. Our homes have a distinguishing look and feel.
The Greco Building Group is a family owned and operated company. It was founded by Daniel Greco in 2000. Dan graduated from the University of Toledo with an Engineering Degree. He also obtained a Certified Graduate Builder designation from the National Home Builders Institute. He worked for his father’s building company for 12 years before starting his own company after his father's retirement.
Another key member of the Greco Building Group is Project Manager, Mike Lewis. Mike's knowledge and expertise affords his customers the comfort in knowing that they are working with a professional who seeks to energize their new home purchase with good advice, timely answers to questions and overall customer service excellence.
We place an emphasis on the rooms in the home that people actually use. Hearth rooms off the kitchen rather than formal living rooms. Formal dining rooms have also begun to lose out to more spacious kitchens and great rooms. Rich, bold colors in lieu of “builder beige” walls.
We don't try to be everything to everyone. Our clients tend to have a more sophisticated taste. This does not mean that this level of sophistication has to be expensive. We can bring this sophistication to all price ranges. From $200,000 to over $1M.
